Sometimes in commonly business organization always have a basic
structure in a way to fill job position, the organization always have one
director or a leader, the vice director,
and variety of management unit through a low worker. This type Organization
worked only waiting for a leader to give one assignment to low division and
there are impossible to make some discussion between the employer to solve a
problem. And the result is the employer has low creativity, teamwork, even
passion I think.
The compared between this organization with Walt Disney Organization is
define at how the employer work together, so they can feel rilex because they
can give or ask help if they don’t understand about a job. This is about how to
relationship, in other way the productivity increased and stressed worker
dismissed.
2. Showing
job titles never according to reporting chain of command and not ultimate authority. The CEO get the same
positions and same authority for job; there are no the lowest place of workers or ‘bees’.

The Disney org chart, on the other
hand, is based on process, from the story idea through direction to the final
release of the film. All of the staff positions are in the service of
supporting this work flow. So the Company will not function if all the staff
didn’t combined.

Can we think Walt Disney Organization can be apply to our own business ? I
think So. But how if our own business not worked at the cartoon movie industry
?
Ok, we can try to
learn from them how to make relationship
with another worker, because the flow of worked is waiting another job has
finished or yet, if another job not finished yet they can’t finished job it
self, if they was finish it, the job must be collected to high another unit and
it turn to final unit, They check again all the product until there’s no fault.
So lately they need a fast process, make all of them helped each other. Make
your employer more creative, and innovative at worked is main goal. As a leader
you should give feedback at being communication with employers on internal
process, feel what they feel, see they all has different personality and served
them as human being. I believed You can do it, can You?
